Episode Details

Part 2 of the Blue Ridge Ultra recap episode features female winner and course record holder, Kara Moore and 2nd place male, Alex Dedels.  They both are 1st time ultra-runners that have great stories and potential to make some noise in our sport with their passion for running and ability going for them.   Also, Cait Patterson, whom I met at aid station 2 during the race, was a volunteer in between her own races.  She shares her story, discusses yoga for runners, training, balancing the responsibilities of parenting young children with your training and life.  She's gonna help lots of people reach goals by doing things the right way!
