For our 100th EP, we welcomed World 1500m Champion, Jake Wightman, back to the podcast. Jake joined us back in 2020 for our 5th ever episode, so it was great to catch up with him again after a stellar season in 2022. Race by race, we chatted through his season; from disappointment after the final of the Olympics in Tokyo 2021, right the way through to breaking the tape first in Eugene 2022. Enjoy!
