This week’s guest is Bernadette McClelland. Bernadette's BF (before fulfillment) to AF (after fulfillment) revolves around a long journey she accomplished on the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. 

On this episode, Bernadette reveals the impact of this pilgrimage starting with her "why" and then "how" she did it. The power in her story is "what" fulfillment she experienced which extends far beyond completing her 130-kilometer journey in 5 days from Portugal to Spain.
