NeighborHUB, a collaborative effort between General Motors and the Detroit Regional Chamber, is back with their expanded NeighborHUB program.
It makes available half a million dollars in grants to nonprofits and small businesses working in communities throughout Detroit, Highland Park, and Hamtramck.
