Chris Grenzig is the founder of JAG Capital Partners, a vertically integrated multifamily investment firm based out of Jacksonville, FL. JAG has 6 properties totaling more than $25m in value and worked on a portfolio of more than $300m in his previous work at Toro Real Estate Partners. 

Main Points:

• Working for a company for 4.5 years and the experience/knowledge gained there
• Deciding to leave that job and go off on my own
• Moving from NY to FL to build out a vertically integrated company with no prior property management or construction management experience
• Building out a 10 year vision to scale to $500m in assets under management
