Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians are without power and water after Russia's newest attacks. Russia is targeting key infrastructure, including power plants crucial to keeping people warm. Millions of Americans face freezing temperatures this morning possibly even snow in some places. A handful of convicted felons were charged with voter fraud in August. They say they had permission to register to vote -- even though they were not eligible under state law. Critics say Florida's governor is trying to intimidate potential voters -- and create confusion over who is allowed to go to the polls next month. People in a St. Louis suburb are outraged by new evidence that an elementary school has "unacceptable levels" of radioactive contamination.
