These past two weeks saw the NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian and Treasurer Dominic Perrottet announce a public sector wage freeze for 12 months, only to have the regulation blocked by the NSW Upper House. We speak to PSA Industrial Officer Dylan Smith and Manager of Legal Services Alison McRobert to explain the history around the PSA's negotiations for our awards and the next steps moving forward in the Industrial Relations Commission.
