Reading and commentary on a section by Thomas Fischer’s (2010) Ethics for Architects- page 116, “Crediting Coworkers” on the issue of the principal or director of the company not acknowledging the architect responsible for doing the job as "the means to an end", rather than "the ends themselves" as per Immanuel Kant.
