Before the paramedics get there, or before any first responder shows up to your 9-1-1 emergency: what can the person who called 9-1-1 do? If you've asked this question, I try to answer this very idea with 10-ish easy tips/tricks based on what I've learned in the (short) lifespan I've had in EMS.
