Description
A British berry brings unique flavor to this Collins-esque fizz.
SLOE GIN FIZZ RECIPE
- 1.5oz/45ml Sloe Gin
- 1oz/30ml Lemon Juice
- .75oz/22ml Simple Syrup
- top off with Club Soda
Add sloe gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a highball or Collins glass filled with ice. Top up with soda. Garnish with lemon wedge and cherry.
