soooo big one for us today as we had Elise Cranny on today!
Elise is an amazing athlete coming off and up and down, so we had plenty to discuss. Before even getting that, we had some inter-team dynamics to work out, coming off a year that may have involved a little bit of Bowerman slander.
on top of that, we had a lot to talk about with our return to team practice this week, the Gala and much more!
