The genetic origins for nearly 90 percent of the chilis grown commercially in the U.S. can be tracked back to Ed Curry.  His base chili paste alone is featured in over 80 percent of products.  He talks with The Arizona Farm Bureau's Julie Murphree about his latest chili research:  extracting all natural flavors and many health benefits of chilis.  Ed developed the Arizona 20, the standard of the green and red chili.
