Blair Sadler, 26 year CEO of what is now called Rady Children's Hospital, discusses his new book, (P)LUCK, co-authored with his twin brother about their iconic work in health care policy. Sadler chats about their work in authoring the nation's first organ donation law, adopted by 50 states beginning in 1968. Sadler is currently on the faculty of the UCSD Rady School of Management.
