Liz assists MSPs with having a Master Service Agreement (MSA), Service Schedule, Statement of Work, and much more. We discuss some of the "templates" that are floating around on the Internet and were "tweaked" to work with IT service providers.
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Statement of Work (SOW) lacks a lot of the protections that come with a properly written MSA.
So, what should you do?
- Hire a real technology lawyer for your contracts
- Use the correct language
- Be specific
- Have requirements for your customers
