In July, Vince McMahon resigned from WWE after the company's board investigated payments related to nondisclosure agreements with women to avoid alleged sexual misconduct becoming public.
Then, in September, CM Punk, Kenny Omega, the Young Bucks and other AEW personnel got into a physical altercation after Punk went on a tirade during the post-All Out press conference.
