Jenni is a Finnish woman who's menstrual cycle from the start was tough going. This, along with other compounding medical issues, and a personality at odds with her small dairy town, sent her in search of a big fix for all her problems. She eventually found trans identification, and followed through on hormones and a double mastectomy—then realized what she thought was a fix was only breaking her further.
