Description
In this podcast episode I had the pleasure of chatting with the man, the myth, the legend: Claus-Henning Schulke, aka, "Bottle Claus." We chat all about his experience helping Eliud Kipchoge at aid stations during his World Record at the 2022 Berlin Marathon. How fast did he have to ride his bike between aid stations? What happens if Kipchoge drops a bottle? Did they get to practice? And how did Claus an Kipchoge first meet?
I hope you love this episode as much as I loved recording it!
