Craig Gerulski and Matthew Floyd started our STR arbitrage and management business at the beginning of 2020. Covid slowed both of them down the first year but they have now grown to own, manage, and arbitrage 30 units so they can speak to the pros and cons of all three models. Craig and Matthew are currently operating in San Diego, Houston, Nashville, and Phoenix.
