Many right now are struggling with emotions that are like dust/ dirt in the carpet...its sometimes hard to see yet you know its there. Grief is like that, it is always there and not always showing its self to where we recognize it as grief. When we know someone or thing is ready to leave us we may start the grief process. Then the life altering moment happens and we witness or hear the time came. This is when we may feel out of alignment with ourselves to put it simply for not a simple moment. On todays show I will talk about this time in our lives and more as this is a BIG deal when it happens to us.
