In this episode, Anya hosts Confidence and Compassion expert, CEO of Workplace Catalyst, and host of “The C Word,” Magalie René. Magalie helps individuals and corporations bring leadership, compassion, and well-being together into one high-impact package.

This episode is called ‘Uncovering Femininity and Understanding Men’ because as women find their femininity, they begin to see men with greater love and compassion. Both Magalie and I didn’t really understand femininity until very recently and that journey of discovery is one we want to share with you - all in the name of healing men and women.

This is a continuation from our prior episode where we discussed Daddy Issues (aka the father wound). Women that have experienced daddy issues typically have a tough time with femininity and reclaiming it is a revolutionary experience. One that brings a brand new relationship with work, pleasure, receiving, confidence, and men of course.
