The plaintiff says the defendant is her older sister. She claims they used to live together until her sister threw her out and trashed her belongings, so she’s suing for damages. The defendant says she owes her sister nothing. She claims her sister wasn’t even on the lease, and she’s countersuing for slander and harassment. v

Then, the plaintiff says the defendant is his nasty neighbor who practices his golf swing in the yard and sent golf balls flying into the plaintiff’s solar panel. He’s suing for the cost of the damages. The defendant says his neighbor’s home is 300 yards away, and there’s no way he hit the ball that far.
