Hi Guys!

I hope you can find ten minutes in the mom cracks of time to try this.

  1. Get comfortable
  2. Set a timer
  3. Take a few deep breaths
  4. Close the eyes
  5. Tune in to the sounds around you
  6. Scan from head to toe, checking in with the body...go all the way to the pinky toes
  7. Notice the breath going in and out
    When you notice you're thinking come back to watching the breath
  8. When your timer goes off, open your eyes, notice how you feel
