Description
On Nov. 2 and 3, 1957, a series of UFO encounters unfolded in and near the small Texas town of Levelland that involved numerous witnesses who claimed the object shut down the motors and radios in their vehicles. Skeptics have for years been unable to debunk the incident with prosaic explanations. Also, a retired electronic engineer who did work for various government agencies including NASA and the CIA, as well as for defense contractors, provides a rundown of extraterrestrial technology - and the problem it poses for world militaries.
