Farris Gosea is the founder and CEO of Rothstone Capital Group. He has extensive experience in the residential and commercial real estate industry, value-add rehab, management, and brokerage. In the last few years, he has scaled his personal portfolio to 510 units in Northwest Indiana. Farris owns and controls approximately $65 million and has created over $20 million in equity through value add processes. 

Prior to his real estate career, Farris played tennis on the ATP tour reaching a career high of #400 in the world.
