On April 14, 2022, 12-year old Sean Daugherty passed away unexpectedly in Yorktown, Virginia. Sean’s death was ruled a suicide, but the circumstances surrounding his death are suspicious. 

Due to Sean's age, the York Poquoson Sheriff’s Office will not release the investigative file to the family - even though the case is closed.
