Kent Steffes: In this episode Kent Steffes discusses a winner's mindset, a championship mindset, "confidence", and so much more. Kent Steffes is a former professional beach volleyball player most known for his gold medal win in the 1996 Summer Olympics. Along with his partner Karch Kiraly, he became the first to win a gold medal in this event. Kent Steffes had the highest winning percentage in the history of the beach volleyball. After attending Stanford University, UCLA, and the Graduate School of Business at Stanford school, he now works in the finance industry.
