Hurricane Ian tears through Florida, bringing with it life-threatening storm surge and catastrophic wind damage. In Punta Gorda, trees are whipping as winds top 130 mph. Across Florida people are trapped in their homes while some homes are being flooded out. Parts of one city, Bonita Springs, are completely underwater.
