We are looking at new funding for Ukraine, Covid, Energy Independence and Security Act, etc. It’s a grab bag of more ways to spend tax payer dollars — and print the rest we don’t collect in taxes. If this is passed by Sept. 30, it sets us up for a spending showdown in the form of a harmful omnibus in December.
