Description
After years of addiction to meth and other drugs, Monica found sobriety and peace. The battle was filled with incarceration, broken relationships, losing her children to the system, homelessness, and more. She now gives back to others and pays it forward, being gainfully employed as a peer recovery specialist. She has one college degree and is seeking another.
