Charmin Gabbard is the Program Coordinator for the Fayette County Harm Reduction Alliance. She is a model example of how people can change. After years of poverty, abuse, substance misuse, and incarceration, Charmin came out empowered to make a difference in her hometown and beyond. She has an Associate degree in Human Services and a Bachelor degree in Psychology. Charmin is the mother of one son, and they both enjoy competitive running.
