I've discussed anxiety a lot, specifically how many people do not recognize/cannot admit their anxiety. One way that anxiety manifests that is super common in moms is anxiety about returning to work because of the kids' days off of school and potential missed days of work due to illness. Many men are very frustrated with this reasoning, so I explore both sides of how a couple in this situation may feel and potentially ways to come together on this issue.
