Today's episode of Mindset Matters has a special meaning to me, and I have a tremendous amount of gratitude that my friend Jon Mottern would sit down and share his story with me. 

From the outside looking in, Jon is a husband, father, highly successful real estate agent and a extremely skilled mountain biker, among other accomplishments. From the inside looking out, Jon is a survivor, a champion of overcoming the most challenging and painful lessons a life can throw at us, and a man that has truly proven that we can fight back from the most brutal of circumstances.

His story...which I would not even pretend to be able to describe in words... starts now.
