In this episode we come to the penultimate episode in our tale of The Vancouver Child Killer. Dodd’s actions are so depraved and heinous that I had severe trouble getting through this episode. The material is not speculative, but it is the truth. It is ugly and horrible. I hope that it will serve to remind us all of what monsters walk amongst us. So again; listener discretion is advised.
