Khadirah and I met after her first appearance on the podcast to review productivity tips using Zapier. Instead, we ended up talking about a CRM platform that I could use to combine several items in my IT business and podcast . 

Khadirah also talked about the first steps any of us can take to get our head out of the weeds. Take one week and document (write down) everything that you do. Then figure out which things on the list fall within your "Zone of Genius" and which ones don't.
