大家好! 欢迎收听新一期的《5分钟中文》。我上个星期买了新出的苹果手表Apple Watch，昨天送到了。还挺快的。我已经用了一天，今天就想跟大家聊聊苹果手表的新功能和我的用户体验。

我的上一个苹果手表是2017年出的第三代的苹果手表，我戴了差不多四年才换新的。很多新功能其实前两年的苹果手表就都已经有了，不是今年才有的。但是因为我很久都没有换手表，所以很多功能对我来说是新的。

我想跟大家介绍的第一个苹果手表新功能就是洗手时间。苹果手表会检测到你在洗手，然后帮你倒计时洗手的时间。提醒你要好好、仔细地洗手不能洗得太快，导致洗得不干净。我通过这个功能发现我每次洗手的时间都不够。洗手洗够时间还是很有必要的。

苹果手表第二个有新功能就是帮助你监测心脏健康。苹果手表可以检测房颤。它也可以检测你的心跳是否正常。如果你在没有运动的情况下，心跳却超出正常范围，它就会提醒你这个异常情况。

第三个功能就提醒你吃药。有时候我们工作、学习很忙，就不记得按时吃药和保健品。新的苹果手表可以在应该吃药的时候提醒你。这样你就不会忘了。

第四个功能是车祸检测。苹果手表在检测到严重车祸时会显示提醒，并在20秒后自动报警。如果你没有反应的话，他会自动播放语音告诉警察你出了车祸和你的大致位置，为救援提供便利。在这之前苹果也有摔倒检测的功能。如果它检测到你摔倒了，而且一分钟内都没有动作，它就会认定你摔得很厉害。这时候苹果手表也会自动为你报警，通知你的紧急联系人。我希望我们都不会用到这两个功能。但是如果真的出现了这样的紧急的情况，而我们没有办法动弹、求救，这个功能可能就是救命的功能。
