According to the American Humanist Association Humanists reject the claim that the Bible is the word of God because convinced the book was written solely by humans in an ignorant, superstitious, and cruel age. Bibles are being removed from school libraries. There are articles claiming biblical illiteracy is at an all-time high. And yet, the Bible is the only book that has the words to eternal life!
