This week welcome to the show Patricia Daly. She is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist (BA Hons, dipNT, mBANT, mNTOI) based in Dublin, Ireland. Following her cancer diagnosis, she left her corporate career and started studying nutrition, specialising in the area of Integrative Cancer Care. As a Swiss native, she regularly attends training courses in Switzerland/ Germany, including at the renowned Tumor Biology Center in Freiburg, Germany.
Patricia is the Co-Author of The Ketogenic Kitchen a recipe book that is all about healing the body.
Patricia has had Ocular cancer and a few life changes, and nutritional overall and here we are 14 years later.
Conventional nutritional advice failed adequately to support Patricia's treatment via the usual means of radiation and chemotherapy, which lead to looking elsewhere for answers.
Instinctively, we felt that the fast-developing science of nutrition was the place to look. And so it has proven, at least for us.
