Powerback 78: Create Your "It's Ok" List

Published 5 years, 5 months ago
Description

One of the ways we tend to give away our power the most is by worrying about things that don’t actually matter.

But how do we know if something truly matters or not?

Well, there are a couple of different questions you can ask yourself:

  • How does this affect my goals?
  • Does this contribute to my future?

This week I want you to take your Powerback™ by creating an 'It’s Ok' list - a list of all the small things that irk your nerves but are just not worth your time and energy.

I really want you to reclaim your power from these circumstances, habits, situations, or people and say,

  • "You know what? It’s okay.
  • This is not affecting my future.
  • This is not getting me away from my goals.
  • This is something I can simply allow to roll off my shoulder instead of allowing it to deplete me in order to prove a case."

And remember, there are at least 100,000 ways that we give our power away each day.

So, I challenge you to take that Powerback™ by NOT sweating the small stuff and to rather dedicate that time and energy to the things that matter most.
