Why do we always come last?  Because that is what we have been brainwashed to believe.  Ever since we can remember, we were taught that love is selfless, that you are truly showing how much you love someone by how much you are willing to abandon yourself.  This is crap.  The truth is you can't truly love someone else until you love yourself.  And the first step to loving yourself if to stop abandoning your self.  I hope this episode inspires you to give yourself some time, space, and love.
